Even a home that would need a total remodel might cost a minimum of $1.5M and there are homes that are in the price range of up to $9M +. The last vacant lot on this exclusive Island sold at $2M. Homes are often sold and torn down and rebuilt, as land is very valuable on the Island. There is truly nothing like this in the area or probably anywhere I can think of in the greater market area.
